Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 20, 2026

1. Who we are

ArtixAds ("ArtixAds," "we," "us") is a digital marketing agency serving local businesses in Lodi, Stockton, and across San Joaquin County in California's Central Valley. We offer websites, photography, video production, Instagram content management, and Facebook and Instagram advertising.

This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website, to Facebook and Instagram lead forms we run for ourselves, and to the ArtixAds app we use with Meta's platform to manage advertising. You can reach us anytime at artixads@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you email us, contact us through this website, or submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, we may collect:

Lead form information from Meta. Facebook and Instagram lead forms may pre-fill some fields (such as your name and email) from your Meta account. You can review and edit these before you submit. We only receive what you choose to submit. Meta's own handling of your data is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.

Advertising account data. When we manage ads for a business, our Meta app accesses that business's ad account, Page, and ad performance data (for example, spend, reach, and clicks) only with the business's permission. We use this data only to run and report on that business's campaigns.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. See Cookies & analytics below.

3. How we use your information

We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these limited cases:

5. Cookies & analytics

This website does not currently use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the page loads. If we add analytics or a Meta Pixel in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

6. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and lead information for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for as long as we work together. If you don't become a client, we delete inquiry and lead data within 24 months of our last contact unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We may keep limited records longer when required for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.

7. How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including access controls, strong passwords, and limiting access to people who need it. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

To make a request, email artixads@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.

9. Data deletion instructions

You can ask us to delete any information we have about you, including information we received through Facebook or Instagram lead forms or through the ArtixAds app on Meta's platform.

  1. Send an email to artixads@gmail.com with the subject line "Data deletion request."
  2. Include the name and the email address or phone number you used, so we can find your records.
  3. We will confirm we received your request and delete your information within 30 days, then email you to confirm it's done. We may keep only what the law requires us to keep.

If you connected a Facebook account or business assets to the ArtixAds app, you can also remove the app at any time: on Facebook, go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites (or Business integrations), find ArtixAds, and click Remove. Then email us as above so we can delete any data we already received.

10. Children's privacy

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where local law requires). If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we'll make that clear on our website.
